FUTURE PRODUCT AND SERVICES

1 ) BOOMBOOM detergent.

In the future, we are intending to have our own product which is BOOMBOOM detergent.

Since our customer usually did not bring own detergent, so we plan to have our own detergent as a product.

We will collaborate with UNIKL MICET to do the research and produce BOOMBOOM detergent.

If our product attracts many customers we will introduce our product in the market.

2) Delivery Service

Besides that, we also introduce delivery service for the laundry.

We will take the laundry from our customers’ home and sent back after it done.

The safety of the cloths is guaranteed if they use delivery service.

The delivery charge is reasonable and affordable to our customer.

TECHNOLOGY

Our company use high technology equipment to make our customer satisfied with our services. The technologies are:

1) 3C Service

• We provide three methods to
  use our service which is card, cash and coin.
  
• For the card our customer will swipe their card at the counter. The card like Touch N Go card. They have to top up if their balance is not enough at our counter.
  
• For the cash money and coin, they can insert their cash money or coin into our machine itself.

2) High quality washing m

achine

• We used automatic washing machines that are imported from high technology country which is Japan.
  
• Customer just put in their clothes into the machines and set their requirement. The machines will oper ate automatically.

3) Drying machine

• We used high technology drying machine and all of them are imported.
  
• They drying machines will not damage their cloths. It will save our customer time.

4)Vender machine

• At our pantry in rest and relax zone, we use vender machine that provide snacks and drinks. So, we did not need staff to serve snacks and drinks to our customer.

5) Steam iron

• Our company use steam iron that’s has high quality.
  
• The steam iron does not need iron board. So it will prevent the clothes from damages.
  
• They can just iron their cloths without use a lot of time and energy.

6)CCTV

• We use CCTV as a security.
  
• The CCTV has high technology to secure our company. For example it produces very clear view and it is operated 24hours.

7) WIFI

• We provide wireless internet for our customer while waiting their cloths is done.

• Wifi can be use on the spot by our customer only.

PRODUCT AND SERVICES

3C’s BOOMBOOM Company provided washing, drying, ironing, rest and relax zone and detergent. These services were provided to ease our customers and make their life better. Based on our main targets who are students and government workers, they have hectic life therefore they can cut their time and cost by using our services.

1. Washing

We use high technology washing machine that able to use coin, cash and card. The capacity of the washing machine is 10kg per wash that can wash such as thick clothes such as comforter and wool carpet. There are 20 washing machines. They just can toss all their clothes to the washing machine and the washing machine will automatically set the time. The charged per wash only RM5.00.

2. Drying

We use high technology drying machine that able to use coin, cash and card. The capacity of the drying machine is 10kg per dry. Clothes can be dry immediately and there are 10 drying machines. The quality of the clothes is guaranteed because we use high technology drying machines. The charged per dry only RM3.00.

3. Ironing

There is specific room for ironing that provided 5 sets of steam iron. Customers can choose either do it by their own self or by requesting our stuff. For those who iron their clothes by their own, the charged will be half from actual charged which is RM0.50 only. If they use our ironing services, we will give free hanger to them.

4. Rest and Relax zone

We have pantry, 3 vender machines which are drinks, snacks, hot and cold. We have table and chair so that our customer can wait and relax while waiting their clothes. In addition, we also provide free wifi at our pantry.

5. Detergent

Customer can bring their own detergent but in case they forgot to bring their detergent, we provide detergent with high quality. They can buy with us only RM1.00 per pack.

Our company situated at strategic area because our company is located near to central of administration which has government offices, college, school, and housing area.

Furthermore, our main target is to students and gorverment servants.

As a student, they had hectic schedule and life. So they had lack of time to do personal things such as to do laundry.

Hence, they will use our service to wash clothes. Normally government servant live at quarters provided by government.

Therefore they normally prefer to send their clothes to laundry.

The 3C BOOMBOOM name was given for this company which is stand for coin, card and cash money.

This company has four share partners and each partner will earn 25% shares.

For services we provided various services such as ironing, drying and washing.

In additions, our company also operates from 8 am until 12 midnight.

Besides, we also train our workers to have good skills in communications.

4. To fully own our shop and do not rent the shop anymore.
